Pick Your Plan & Stick With It

Half the battle is picking a plan and sticking with it.  Often we fail because we are all over the place.  Example, for most, the goal will be weight loss, but lets make the 1st goal sticking with your plan.  It might be Keto, It might be CrossFit, it might be Jazzercise, or walking four times a week and dropping processed foods.  We’ll ask you to pick your plan (a reasonable plan) and just stick with it!  Lets see what happens.
