Melt Away the Covid Weight (Drop 10)

January 25th through April 5th

This is all about dropping the pounds.  Many feel that the challenges of 2020 have brought on extra weight.  Let’s start 2021 off by putting our health first.  A healthy rate of loss is 1-2 lbs. per week (sustainable).  Over 10 weeks, you could drop a realistic 10-20lb’s.  This would be a great kickoff to the first quarter of 2021
