It is ALWAYS the season to be kind!  Kindness never gets old or goes out of style.  This is a great way to be INTENTIONAL about your kindness.  Believe it or not, kindness doesn’t come naturally to everyone and this can be a learned skill.  Flex your kindness muscles in this one month Challenge.  Write the dates and document your kindness.
