Hydration 30 Day Challenge 

Lets face it, we could all use a little extra hydration!  There are endless benefits to staying hydrated.  Take this opportunity to estabilish good habits and seek opportunities to take in extra fluid.  If you have't focused on this and your new to hydration or have room for improvement we challenge you to watch the way better hydration makes you feel.  Follow steps 1-3 below.

Step 1 = Download a water app of your choice & Click Here to register to participate in the Waterlogged Program

Step 2 = Start Tracking (30 days) 

Option 1

Click Here for a "Tracking Sheet" - This is an Adobe fillable form that you can save to your computer and update daily, save over and turn in and upload when reporting your completion.  You can also print this out, fill out, scan and upload.

Option 2

Click here to check out "Waterlogged", a fluid tracking app (FREE).

Also, if you have an app of your choice or a fluid section on  your current tracker, then you can use this as well.  All you have to do is upload a screenshot of some sort of summary section of this application to get credit.
