Hydration Challenge

30 Day Program designed to challenge your hydration.  Log the water you consume daily.  Learn the value of quenching your thirst.  What counts as water?  Any fluid that has less than 10 calories/serving counts.  Yes that does include coffee and tea.  Keep in mind that coffe although counting toward your fluid consumption, also acts as a diuretic, which eliminates fluids from your body quickly.
