 Minutes Matter Activity Challenge

 

   Are you getting enough activity?  It's recommended that you get at least 150 minutes of aerobic activity including two days a week of strengthening exercises.  You may be working to just meet these guidelines or you would like to challenge yourself a little more.  It’s simple, write down the activity and the number of minutes per session throughout the week.  Set a goal of either the minimum guidelines or something a little more challenging.
