                Reinvent Your Health in 2021

ELEVATED Blood Work numbers can raise your risk for disease.  The only exception is HDL (Healthy Cholesterol).  For this one, the higher the better!  This program was designed to remind you of your 2019 numbers.  Below you will see the goal of either keeping your number “in range” or if they were out of range in 2019, hopefully you are working to improve them.  The % recommended for improvement is very reasonable given the difficulty to change each number.

            Your goal

*Triglyceride number of 150 or below or improve your number from 2019 by 10%

*Glucose number of 100 or below or improve your number from 2019 by 7%

*Cholesterol number of 200 or below or improve your number from 2019 by 7%

*LDL (Lousy Cholesterol) number of 120 or below or improve your number from 2019 by 7%

*HDL (Healthy Cholesterol) number of 40 or greater or improve your number from 2019 by 7%.

HINT…  Your HDL is the only number you want to GO UP!!!  The more healthy cholesterol the better…

               How This Works?    

One Stop Wellness has pulled your 2019 Blood Work numbers and used that as a baseline (using the 2021 blood work as the comparison).

You will earn a $5 Subway gift card for every number in range or you improved by the designated percent up to $20.  If you did not have blood work from 2019, One Stop Wellness will use your 2021 blood work results.
