Commit 30 Challenge

All you have to do is pick one thing and "Commit" to that change for 30 days!  You will be tempted to make this more difficult than it needs to be.  Pick a simple task (that supports your overall health goals).  See how many days out of 30 you can keep your commitment.  Also, if you stumble, don't give up... keep going!!!!!  Small commitments over time lead to big results.
